In addition, it passes inspection with flying colors. They are professional guys that really care about people. After they installed my A/C unit, they heard me say that I needed my rooms painted where the water had damaged my walls and ceiling, and I had no money to have them painted. They volunteered their Saturday and came back and painted them at no cost to me.
